- We ship Monday - Friday via UPS, USPS, FedEx or freight. To ensure timely and safe delivery, we reserve the right to use any of these companies or another service. Tracking numbers are sent automatically. Please check your email and/or spam folder if you do not receive the tracking number within two business days of order. Or contact us directly and we will be glad to get the tracking info for you.
Order Pick up / Will call: Your order is available for pick up. Please contact us to make sure that the product you want is in our local warehouse.

- Returns & Replacements
- Your product is guaranteed to work. We will accept returns provided that the product is in the same condition as when it shipped. In certain cases we will waive the 20% restock fee. If the product has been used or damaged, we will not issue a refund. We may try to recoup the money by selling the product as used, in which case you will be given the amount recovered, less fees incurred during the selling process.

- We accept Visa/Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We also accept P/O#s (credit check and references required) and money orders. Personal Checks will not be accepted. Website pricing may change at any time. Current web pricing is final. Old sales or promotional pricing will not be valid after the sale ends.
